Site Analysis Phase
Site Evaluation, Analysis & Procurement involves the process of
analyzing a building site for its suitability for the intended
addition, renovation or new construction. Site drainage,
orientation, zoning, lot coverage, setbacks, easements and soil
conditions are all considered for there impact on the project
feasibility and cost. When requested we work with Realtors to
find properties suitable for relocation and construction.
On and Off-Site Utility Evaluation includes determining public
water connections, storm water connections and sewer
availability, the potential for well and septic installation, natural
gas locations and electric power sources suitable for the
intended project.
